Automation Team Leader

2-3 years of experience in managing a team of automation developers.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and methodologies
Proven strong background in Testing and automation methodologies and tools such as CI/CD, On SAAS Web-based product with large automation suites, concurrent execution
Possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience with REST API
Substantial development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Go/Node.js/Java
Substantial experience with automation tools like Playwright / Cypress / Selenium / Puppeteer
Experience with functional testing and thinking creatively to have high-quality coverage on such a feature
Team player with great communication skills and ability to mentor others
Experience on cloud (AWS / GCP)
3+ years of experience in developing scalable automation infrastructure - Must
2+ years of leadership experience in a technical role, such as a tech lead or managerial position - Must
Strong hands-on skills - writing tests, code reviews, CI/CD tools - Must
Knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud security, Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated security measures.
